TLS light weight series are manufactured accordingly to JIS A 4704:1988 certified by SIRIM where all our shutter parts are tested to the maximum performance.

 

Our shutter profiles can be choose from light to heavy duty types and the materials thickness are from 0.7mm to 1.4mm thk. machine roll formed. As for finishes we have wide range selections to choose from Pre-painted GI, Zincalume, Electro Galvanized with powder coatings finished.

Types of operation are from manual type (spring and chain pull) and motor operated. 

 

Special features and additional accessories are applicable to our shutter such as steel end clips (security), nylon clips (noise reduction) , PVC strips for side guide for noise reduction, heavy duty locking system (anti burglary) and coming soon new high security roller shutters and many more to choose from for your selections and requirements.

All our shutter parts are specially made & designed specifically only for our shutters and are made to perform to the optimum performance, such as our spring systems where all our shutter spring bearings are double bearing types with machine tension spring which do not requires tensioning on site.

The shutter motor operators can be selected to our various types and functions motor which we have from AC types, DC Type, Auto Rebound and many more with special features to suits your requirements.
